Moonlight on Bloody Shadows
Summary:
A collection of minifics originally written on the Three Sentence Ficathon. Mostly Kei & Sho or Kei/Sho, but with a range of others from time to time.

threesentenceficathon, spanning back to the 2018-2019 round that was the first time I participated, and otherwise unconnected. Often they are lightly edited here. Some have/may in future be expanded; when that's the case, the 3SF will remain here but I'll also link the expanded story.
I have chosen to put all my Moon Child 3SFs in this collection regardless of ship, gen, or characters in focus partly because . . . well, it can sometimes be tricky to delineate gen vs ship for Kei and Sho - they are Like That.
Each 3SF will have in the notes beneath the original prompt the character(s)/ship I tagged it with originally.

Kei closed his eyes, heart aching, as he listened to Sho’s passionate exhortations about outcasts and outsiders coming together in Mallepa; building and believing in a sense of community, acting on it, making things better for all of them left on the fringes - pushed to the fringes, kicked and reviled.
It was a good speech, and Sho was skilled and determined enough to even perhaps make that future a reality if he kept fighting - as Kei knew he always would.
Kei only feared this city and its darkness would eat his bright-eyed, bright-souled little one for daring to fight.
