Summary
Batman: Re-imagined
In this world, Bruce Wayne managed to successfully heal himself through therapy and consequently did not take on the mantle of being Gotham's vigilante. Despite of this, he still managed to adapt four sons: Richard Grayson, Jason Todd, Tim Drake, and Damian Wayne--all unbeknownst to him are part of Gotham's most prominent heroes: The Gotham Knights.
Why did Dick, Jason, Tim and Damian chose to become vigilante heroes? And how will the 'lack of Batman' change Gotham's villains? Will Bruce ever find out about the nightly activities of his sons? Will the Wayne family survive the chaos that will come to Gotham?

The Bat has a deceptively soft voice.
It’s a bit of a ridiculous thing for Jim Gordon to be pondering on a rainy night at a crime scene, but he would defend himself by saying that nearly everyone on the police force has likely pondered something ridiculous in regards to Vengeance.

It's kind of hard for Bruce to truly pay attention to height when he never pays attention to it in the first place or when he's usually in life-threatening situations to really care, in fact, he doesn't know why he is even obsessing over such a thing-'but you do know'-his mind replies. The thing Bruce hates most is that he does-he does know what kick-started this whole height thing, and it was his son; Jason.

"Think of the impact, Bruce." Dick finally said, his voice barely above a whisper, as if afraid to disturb the sanctity of the concept. "The lives you'll change."
"Or the chaos I'll create." Bruce countered, his dark eyes reflecting a storm of emotions. The corners of his lips twitched, an inscrutable expression that danced between cynicism and hope.
"Chaos can be good." Dick argued softly. "It's the birthplace of stars, after all."
Bruce paused, considering this. The tapping ceased, and for a moment, the only sound was the distant hum of Gotham, pulsing like a living thing just beyond their reach.
"Stars." He echoed thoughtfully, the ghost of a smile appearing fleetingly. "Alright then, let's bring some stars to Gotham."
