GSGW Reverse Bang 2026
This event is a celebration of Even If I Fall Into a Ghost Story, I Still Have to Go to Work (괴담에 떨어져도 출근을 해야하는 나) by Baek Deoksoo (백덕수), highlighting the unique world, tone, and characters that define the work.
We welcome collaborative fanworks as long as they have a primary focus on the canon characters from the original novel. All interpretations are encouraged, whether they are canon-compliant or canon-divergent, as long as a canon character from the source material remains central.
The only requirement is that the canon characters are the primary focus of your work, and all content must be clearly and appropriately tagged.

Baek Saheon’s heart is doing a serious attempt in sending him into a cardiac arrest.

“I will savor you up to your marrow, devour you until there’s no inch of you left residing within this world. That way you wouldn’t have to worry about satiating me when you’re already one with this very vessel. Forever and ever.”
The dragon nips at his finger, golden eyes staring down at him through ebony locks. Baek Saheon swallows audibly under the stare, his face warming up a considerable degree.
It really has an unfairly handsome face.
“Does that ease your worries?”
Baek Saheon seriously wants to cry.
Did the dragon mistake his pale face as a genuine worry that he wouldn’t be able to fulfill his task as a sacrifice? Good riddance.
OR: Noble Baek Saheon is chosen as the next sacrifice for Dragon Kim Soleum, who seems to be having a little bit too much fun tormenting him. But he will go along with its whims and survive long enough to escape. If only he doesn't grow attached in the process.
