“Thank you,” he says. “It’s a birthmark.”
“I’ve never seen a birthmark before!” The kid gasps. “How do you get one?”
Or, Buck gets crushed by a ladder truck and chooses to glass-half-full it. He volunteers to teach a kid's art class at the library. He meets a kid and his dad and his cup end ups very, very full.
