I'm going to do what I did in the previous chapter, I'm going to read and write my comments as I go along.
1- I love that the chapter starts with a scream, ahhhh, I love chaotic things 😂. Okay, I didn't expect the scream to be from Rosi directed at none other than FUCKING BIG MOM. Clearly, things here in this universe are very different and that really piques my curiosity. Talking like that to Linlin certainly indicates that Linlin here is not exactly as she is in the canon (because if she were, Rosi would be dead).
2- I love Linlin's disdain, “you didn't want to see your son? Well, here's a solution!” 😂Oh My god woman 😂😂. Rosi is going to have a nervous breakdown if this continues.
“The Yonko's tone was slimy and confident. He couldn't make her fear him as he would have liked, but he knew what cards to play to get her to cooperate.” - The Yonko you're referring to is Big Mom, right? I hope you don't take this the wrong way, but if it's Linlin, you put ‘He’ next to “couldn't.” And there's also a “him” (Please don't take this the wrong way, I'm just saying this to help 👀).
I absolutely love the casualness of the whole situation involving Rosi and LinLin, her talking to Linlin in her pajamas. I also find it very interesting that LinLin is very aware that Rosi is a very strong link in the family, Rosi clearly “blended” well with the whole family.
3- “What was he feeling at that moment? Face to face with his sister after all this time? Anger, contempt, resentment, fury, and betrayal were the first emotions that flashed through his mind, but among them there was also a creeping pride. A smirk appeared on his face. After all, he was facing a member of the Donquixote clan, traitor or not, and if she died so easily, it would only tarnish the family's good name, even if her presence was definitely a problem now.” - I LOVED this part, you nailed the feeling that I think should be conveyed if Doffy were to meet his sister again. He still holds a grudge, but he also felt a twisted pride for her. After all, a celestial dragon, in Doffy's belief, is superior to everything and everyone, so seeing his sister rise from the ashes (or the snow? 😂) only reinforces Doffy's view of his own lineage. I'll find it very interesting to see Doffy's reaction when he learns that there is now a mini celestial dragon, Mango 😂😂 (50% celestial dragon 😂😂).
4- Her entering the room like a lioness is beautiful and AHHHHH you gave our girl power and strength, I LOVE when they do that in stories, being with the Charlotte family certainly helped her grow. I loved the part with Vergo, him acting out of pure hatred and Rosi reacting with pure contempt and indifference. The Charlotte brothers are certainly also a bunch of protective dogs and I love that detail, they really are a family.
5- It's interesting for me to see a different reaction in Law when he sees Cora. Usually, in fanfiction, Law is really happy to know that Cora is alive, but here it makes more sense for him to react this way, because Cora had to keep up a facade of indifference, but for Law, this is like a betrayal, because he doesn't know that Rosi has no intention of making him a prisoner, a bargaining chip. I thought it was so cute when he took Cora's hand and saw the ring and then asked if she was forced to marry. And now I'm absolutely sure, Rosi has been helping Law directly for years, she's been pulling the strings behind the scenes this whole time and Law never knew. But poor guy, he had no way of knowing.
6- My God, the ending is so cute, I LOVE that Mango is CHAOS with two little legs 😭😭😂😂😂 Please tell me that Mango has little teeth like Katakuri 🥺 Actually, I'd love to see Mango's design 👀.
No, I'd like to make her more thoughtful, like, "as long as she's useful to me, I'll put up with her," and Rosinante is useful and, above all, with some excuse, she manages to delegate a lot of things to her, like now (and then she has a gratuitous fondness for mango. That's free, you'll see it in the next chapter). As for the tone, using a translator, I can't always catch all the mistakes, so I alternate between Yonkō and Linlin to avoid making the story cacophonous.
The nice thing is that even in the previous chapter at the bar, she was in her pajamas because Brulè literally took her in, then she feels at ease because by now she is effectively at home. Mango and Doflamingo, yes, I can't wait. I'll tell you, look at the little gestures around Rosi, I'm working on something. Yes, I thought Law should react in a more concrete way, unconditional joy seems more like Luffy than Law to me. Here you go, Mango:
