    I'm actually flexing my science brain right here and you've unlocked some of my back story.

    I have a Bachelor's in biology with a biochemistry focus and I am a registered nurse that works in an ICU. So what I show is mostly my own knowledge with a quick refresher to keep it authentic. Believe it or not, stabilizing a critical patient is pretty standard practice across the board. Protect airway, breathing, and circulation. Locate and treat possible causes such as hypoglycemia, hypovolemia, hyperthemia or any other of our H's and T's.

    I also get incredibly bored if I'm not learning something so I'm often researching something just because I can.
