Summary
“Sure. You want to talk. Let’s.”
Jane licks between her lips and swallows. Is she swaying towards Rozanova or is Rozanova getting imperceptively closer? Their chests are almost grazing; Jane’s in her loose shirt that barely hides the peaks of her nipples, her body betraying its interest, and Rozanova’s breasts exposed by the seemingly bottomless hemline of her dress.
Jane can’t stop staring. She’s staring still when she asks, “Do you want to… sit? Maybe?”
And then Rozanova is stepping forward, removing any distance they had between their bodies and forcing Jane back against the door. Jane is momentarily surprised by how well they fit together. Rozanova is taller, curvier and yet their bodies slot together perfectly. Softly.
It’s different than a man— Jane has tried and tried over the last year to make that work. But they are all hard, unyielding planes and Rozanova’s body is still strong, but her muscles ripple like a gentle current rather than a rough tide.
“Not really.”

Summary
For the good of his country, Prince Alex Marquez is married off to a man he's never met, and sent to live in a foreign country he's never been to and knows little about and doesn't speak the language of.
But if the marriage is a success, High King Dani of Switzerland should be able to protect King Marc and Andorra from the looming threat that is King Jorge of Spain, who is drawing nearer and nearer.
And if the marriage fails, King Jorge will sweep through Andorra without a second thought, sack the country and kill its King, then move on to his next target.
So it's fine, Alex can do this, Alex has to do this, for his brother, for his people.
It's fine that his new husband can barely stand the sight of him, much less share his bed.
It's fine that he's lonely and miserable in a strange new country.
It's fine that he suffers, if it means Marc survives. It's totally fine. Alex is totally fine.
