Summary
High school is different for everyone.
For Zoey, it's four years of being too much in a place that wants her to be too little. The two brightest sparks in her life—Rumi and Mira—are half a world away, and her entire school is convinced she made them up. Convinced that Rumi and Mira are nothing more than her imaginary friends.
When prom season arrives, Zoey has no intention of going. Why would she, when the only two people she'd ever want to walk through those doors with are an ocean and several time zones away?
