    A hotel booking mistake forces Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov to share a room—rivals on the ice, strangers in a cramped hotel. To everyone else, Shane looks like a saint for “tolerating” his enemy. To Shane and Ilya, it feels like an opportunity they shouldn’t want as badly as they do.
    Shane keeps slipping out at team events, returning rumpled and out of breath, and the Metros become absolutely convinced he’s sneaking off to see some mysterious girl at the hotel.

    Meanwhile, the Raiders keep overhearing noises, half‑conversations, and the occasional muffled laugh coming from the shared room at night. They put two and two together—and get the completely wrong answer.

    As far as they’re concerned, Ilya Rozanov is definitely bringing girls back to the room he shares with Hollander, and they think it’s the funniest thing in the world.
