Tim can shift into any animal and any color or color variation of that animal within reason. No pink bunnies or purple ducks.
When he shifts into a big animal he should eat almost immediately or watch his energy levels. More mass = more energy used up.

Summary
His eyes are blown wide, glassy both with his streaming tears and the inevitable fuzziness that comes with presentation. No worthwhile pack member or parent would ever allow a child so young to be alone during such a vulnerable time. All at once, Dick realizes he can’t leave him behind. Clutching at his own stomach in a sad attempt at an embrace, crying so hard he seems close to vomiting, Dick can’t just drop him off at a facility.
As much as he’d like to think a professional Heat Center would be ideal for a kid like this, there’s a reason he himself has never gone to one. Even during his worst fights with Bruce over the years, he’s always felt safer locked in his bedroom than in some facility. With how out of it the kid is, it would be far too easy for someone to take the opportunity to traffic such a rare find. He can’t risk it, not without proper research and vetting to ensure the place is secure and credible. There’s no time, this pup is in heat now. He needs someone now and Dick is the only one here.

“No,” Tim says. “We haven’t met.”
“Oh, no, I do.” Danny says, and he smiles, teeth white and sharp. “You’re that guy who rearranged my guts!”

Tim glances at the knotted scars on the boy’s abdomen. He can see the shine and shadow of haphazard stitches that weren’t meant to hold forever, that tore and healed over.

Tim Drake gets kidnapped by the GIW one Tuesday evening in May.
Considering how many of the Bats and the Birds have died and come back to life, it was only a matter of time for some people interested in the afterlife to come poking around. The detectives can't seem to uncover any information about the mysterious white vans, however.
And they keep losing the mysterious boy who seems to be the one person in Gotham to know anything at all.

Summary
Gotham City has always been strange, but not stranger than what the rumors tell. A dark shadow with glowing eyes roams through the city at night. Sometimes it has little ones by it’s side, but don’t approach them, or you’ll end up dead like the rest of them who were foolish enough to touch them. It’s always watching, and always near the little ones who follow.
Though it has saved lives of the innocent, bringing them safety and closure. Yet there are those who are afraid, afraid to approach, and afraid to drive them away. They hate them, believe to be curses who prey on the innocent.
They’re demons after all, right?
The Justice League is called upon to deal with these demons who scare the innocent of Gotham. For the safety of the innocents, they go out to deal with it. But what they come to learn is something they never would have expected.

After his parents react poorly to his reveal, Danny escapes to the only person he thinks can help him - Bruce Wayne. He doesn't know what to expect when he gets there, but it has to be better than where he is, surely? He certainly doesn't expect to be reunited with his long lost twin brother Damian. It's funny how things work out that way.
