Summary
Colin Bridgerton has written a book, and it’s been surprisingly successful. There’s one small snag: his publisher thinks his female pen name is really him. What’s a boy to do but ask an old friend for a little favour, just one publicity appearance, while his publisher puts out a second print run? Surely she will say yes? Surely their own history and feelings won’t get in the way? And surely things won’t spiral from one little white lie to maintain his anonymity into... a publishing deal at risk, a possible Netflix adaption offer, and, oh God, a romance writers’ conference?
