Cyno's relationship with Tighnari is a major plot point once Cyno meets him. Other themes include: Cyno's horrible sense of humor, Cyno's struggle against/pact with the spirit of hermanubis, Cyno having a hard time understanding other people, Cyno's found families (yes plural), etc.

Summary
Whenever she gets bored and lonely, Lucifer likes to sneak up to Earth and pretend to be a human for a little while. During the 1920s, she chooses a flashy city in Louisiana, and finds the perfect little speakeasy to work at, dancing for the illegally drinking patrons. The job is fun, but there's one particular audience member she grows attached to, a man by the name of Alastor.
Alastor was never like the other boys, thanks in no small part to a cruel joke played on him by mother nature. He also wasn't like them because he'd never experienced an attraction to another person. That is, until he sees a risque dancer named Luci at his favorite speakeasy.
Can an overly experienced fallen angel and a completely inexperienced human serial killer find love and passion, the likes of which they've never before experienced?
