Summary
Peter’s gotten used to Gotham by now. The thousand little sounds that build up to the cacophony of a city in controlled chaos. But it isn’t home, and it never will be, and the more time passes, the more that thought makes him twitch. He’s frustrated by it, annoyed that he feels like he’s forcing his way through a world that doesn’t belong to him. Worse, the Soul Stone is starting to become more and more of an issue. As if it senses something coming.
Tony's last words had been 'the threat always comes back.' Thanos won't be thwarted forever, only delayed. Eventually, he's going to hunt down the stray Soul Stone that Peter holds.
The Bats have a few opinions on that. The Avengers that have fallen into this other world have a few of their own. And there's the problem of Dr. Strange's letter...

Only now the reply is burned onto his retinas ‘Dear Mr. Mariano, We are delighted to inform you that your short story ‘Truant’ has been accepted for publication in our fall edition…’ He's going to be in print and not in some little indie zine either, the Paris Review is a respected journal, perhaps even the journal. It has a less than one percent acceptance rate. They've published work by Phillip Larkin, Jean Genet, fucking Kerouac. Publishers read it. Literary agents read it. Rory might read it!

Summary
There's something wrong with Clark Kent. He has to be a villain, right? A threat? He doesn't behave like a normal person, no matter how handsome or clever he may seem.

Summary
After breaking the story that landed Lex Luthor behind bars, Clark’s investigative journalism career hit an unexpected wall. Perry’s offer of Managing Editor at the Planet should have felt like a reward, but it felt like a punishment instead. Facing down thirty-something years behind a desk, Clark said yes to an off-handed job offer.
Four years later, Clark has been doing his best to juggle his obligation as Superman with his new career in the FBI. That balance is threatened when Clark is asked to consult on a case with Dr. Bruce Wayne, one of the FBI’s most notorious agents who can’t escape the rumors surrounding his parents' death when he was seventeen. Bruce is brilliant, but nearly impossible to work with and has a reputation for driving off his partners.
Bruce seems to have uncovered suspicious similarities in scores of deaths across the U.S. spanning decades. There is no link between the victims aside from a repeated stab pattern during their murder. Like a signature, hidden in an art piece.
Together, the two men set out to uncover whoever is behind these vicious deaths. But Bruce Wayne has secrets of his own and Clark is left wondering how many skeletons are buried at Wayne Manor.
