Aziraphale, performing as The Marvellous Mr. Fell, botches every trick with cheerful grace, utterly unbothered by failure. Crowley should despise the fake magic. Instead, he finds himself drawn to the man behind it—kind, patient, and quietly radiant.
As Crowley seeks Aziraphale out again, hiding his magic becomes dangerous. Power denied demands release, and if Crowley can’t let it out safely, he won’t just be exposed.
He’ll burn.
Because some magic refuses to stay hidden.

Summary
Ten years ago, the castle to the north of the tiny French village of Tadfield (the name being translated from the French, of course) was cursed. These days, it's allegedly inhabited by a fearsome beast. Crowley is not interested in this. He only wants to take care of Warlock Dowling, his nannying charge, and avoid the attentions of Lucifer, local spy-for-hire. The universe has other plans, though. When Warlock's future is threatened and he runs away, Crowley must allow himself to be trapped with the beast in the castle to save him. The beast is not what he would have expected, though: Anxious, kind, and shy, not to mention extremely sexy. Can Crowley escape? Will he want to? Can he keep his heart intact if he does?

After embarrassing himself in front of his ex, Crowley goes for a hike in a very familiar state park to cool off. His day goes from bad to worse when a snow storm pops up out of nowhere and he loses the trail. Lost and alone in the woods, he starts to panic. Hours later, he gives up on being rescued and is about to fall asleep when an angel comes to his rescue.

Summary
Aziraphale Eastgate has finally gotten the chance to retire from the demon hunting business, and move out to the country with his son. He’s delighted when Adam makes a new friend; he’s less thrilled when the pair decide that the solution to Aziraphale’s loneliness is to summon a demon to sweep him off his feet. (He’s a nice demon. Warlock promises.)
He knows right away that the handsome redhead who keeps conveniently popping up isn’t human, but something stops him from reaching immediately for the holy water. Something unusual about him—or possibly just a little bit familiar.
