Summary
In the land of Hyrule, there echoes a legend passed down among the people. Long ago, in a time forgotten, the Demon King terrorized the land in search of the missing pieces of the fabled Triforce. A hero in green, accompanied by a goddess-blood princess, defeated him and sealed him away. For a time, Hyrule knew peace and prosperity, and the memory of him faded into myth... until the fated day the seal would be undone, and the Demon King would rise again and resume conflict.
Each time without fail, the hero and the princess would reappear. After a long and arduous battle, the two would seal him away from the land once again. Thus the land of Hyrule itself became ensnared in a never-ending cycle, with each iteration bringing the land closer and closer to ruin. Ages passed, and as Hyrule further stagnated, an outside force took note of the endless conflict.
Thus began the Convergence of Worlds.
