As he walks out the door all heads turn to him and he can feel his face starting to heat up at the attention, it’s quiet for a moment before someone speaks up.
“What is a kid doing here? How’d he get past security??”
And then another,
“Yeah how’d he get in here?”
And another,
“He looks like 12 what was security thinking”
And another,
“Must be a Tony Stark fanboy”
Okay , that one might be true but still. As more people begin to talk at Peter than to him FRIDAY speaks up to end this starting argument “this is Peter, Tony Stark's personal intern, since Tony Stark is attending business Peter will be joining the other interns in the shared lab. Please welcome him.”
Silence.

Summary
This is inspired by little_clown - specifically fic 15 from their DC x DP crossover fic series.
Laika wasn't alone in the big darkness. She was at first but she had lots of friends now! Only some of them could see her, but she loved them all!
So when something loud and scary happened to her friends, she knew she needed to help! But she was one small dog and this was much bigger than nudging escaped tools back to their owners. So she called to something that was much bigger too.
