He can't understand why he's so upset about that-- he shouldn't care that Heinz is dating, right? Shenanigans ensue, Heinz goes on a ridiculous dating spree, Perry does the best he can to fix the fallout while trying to figure out his own complicated emotions about himself, his species, and a certain evil scientist.)
*This is romantic Perryshmirtz, however they do not explicitly date in this fic. So, I suppose, if you really must, you could read it as platonic.
