Suho is leaning on his bike, holding the helmet that is Sieun’s by default and smirking at him like the annoying asshole he is.
Knowing there’s no other option here, Sieun moves towards him, dragging his feet.
“You’re here? Where’s Gotak?” He's already preparing Gotak’s murder and knowing his location would be helpful.
“Oh him?” Suho says, “Busy, he said. Why, you aren’t disappointed are you? Wouldn’t you rather ride with your favourite hyung?” His floppy bangs shift aside, tongue pushing into his mouth while he looks down at Sieun, smug and cocky like he never fails to be. He’s amused.I’d rather ride you, Sieun thinks spitefully.

Summary
"Family business is mine now." Seongje taps the switchblade against his chest, the fabric dulling the metallic click, before carving the air with a gesture. "The family needs to know."
Sieun says nothing. His eyes stay locked on Seongje’s, unblinking. His arms are free now. There are no ropes biting into his skin but somehow, nothing feels different. The weight of freedom feels like an illusion.
Seongje blinks once, then smiles, slow, deliberate, and inhuman. "My omega has come home."
And just like that, Sieun is back where he started, caught in the ropes of a past he’d been too naive to think he could ever escape.

Summary
Bleary, disoriented, and still reeling from the aftermath of his heat, Sieun doesn’t expect to be greeted with the shocking news that Keum Seongje has been arrested for murder.
Seongje may be a lot of things – dangerous, reckless, and hardly innocent – but Sieun knows he isn’t a killer. And though Sieun is the last person inclined to defend a literal gang member, watching Seongje take the fall for a crime he didn’t commit doesn’t sit right with him.
So Sieun makes a choice. He lies.
