Summary
It’s a cold evening when he first sees him, the new year not exactly kind in terms of the weather. Minho zips up his coat all the way, burying his nose behind his scarf as he waits for his bus home to arrive. He barely notices him waiting for the bus with him, too busy keeping himself warm while he waits, as it takes about ten minutes for the bus to arrive at this stop after the studio closes. Only when they get onto the bus does he spot the stranger.
A new face, a boy that looks about his age, with his scarf wrapped all the way over his nose, covering the cheeks that Minho will later learn are adorable.It starts out as a subtle curiosity, but will soon grow into something more.
OR: Jisung has been deaf/hard of hearing since he was born. Chan, his brother, has taken care of him for most of his life and became protective of Jisung after years of seeing him mistreated. When Minho takes an interest in Jisung, he wants to prove to Chan that he isn't like that.

Summary
Felix wished he would have paid closer attention to the sirens - would have looked out the window a lot sooner than he did. Maybe if he had, things would have turned out differently for him. Maybe he would have been able to save more people, or would have been able to escape the apartment altogether.
But he didn't. He stayed and suffered and almost paid the ultimate price.
But it was because stayed that they eventually found him. It was because he stayed that he could finally heal.

“Of course!” Seungmin says calmly. “Given the nature of the retreat, we only take on one client at a time, so don’t worry. Your stay will be completely discreet.”
“The… nature of the retreat? What do you mean by that?” Chan asks, clueless.
“Well, since it is a sexual liberation program, we—” Seungmin stops when Chan chokes on his own saliva, doubling over to cough violently. Chan straightens back up, wiping his wet eyes, too shocked to be embarrassed.
“A what program?” He exclaims. “I’m sorry, my friend told me this was a spa retreat!”
