Summary
After the Fourth Great Ninja War, Sasuke is temporarily living with Naruto to recover and to decide what he wants to do next. Then he wakes up sweaty and feverish in the middle of the night, and realizes he’s finally presented—as an omega. In the Uchiha Clan, omegas had always been valued, and Sasuke carries his secondary gender with pride.
It does cause some unexpected changes to his and Naruto’s relationship, since Naruto is an alpha—and suddenly the entire village is expecting them to mate.
Eventually they give in to the pull between them and they make an arrangement to help each other out, with no strings attached.

Summary
Three years into Naruto's tenure as Hokage, Sasuke had finally found a balance. Captain of the most elite ANBU squad, committed mate and unfortunately, the "Lady Hokage." A title he despised but would grit his teeth and bear, because Naruto was a damn good Hokage and politics was just part of the game.
But an unplanned pregnancy and a rising threat against Kage relatives sends Naruto's Alpha instincts into overdrive, effectively shattering that hard-won equilibrium. Now Sasuke is left managing hormones, mounting danger and a relationship he isn't sure will survive the strain.
This is a sequel to Spoils of Mercy . While it can be read as a standalone for the most part, I encourage you to read that first for full context.

Summary
“Why did you fill out the sabbatical paperwork for Kakashi?”
She snorted without ever taking her eyes off him. “Patient confidentiality.”
“Is he sick?” Why wouldn’t he tell him? Minato would be by his side. No matter what. It sent an icy chill in his veins.
What changed? Besides Minato and him having sex in the Hokage’s office. “I am unable to say one way or the other.” That did nothing to ease his own anxiety over what happened. “I wouldn’t be surprised if he was sick, the common cold is worse this year than last year. Even Sakura got sick and she’s as stubborn as they come.” Tsunade’s daughter was more stubborn than the legendary woman, so that was telling how the mild epidemic of the seasonal cold was.
“Does Jiraiya-sensei know where he is?”
“No.” Hard. Final. No room for further questions. If he asked if Sakura knew, it’d be the same response. Tsunade was a woman who always got what she wanted from anybody.
