“Peter? What the hell are you doing here at…” Lili realizes that she has no idea what time it is right now, just that it's dark, and shakes her head, blinking hard to get the sleep out. “What are you doing here?"
Peter raises his head and licks his pallid lips before he speaks.
“Good evening, Dr. Swan,” He says.
After Detective Steel abandons Peter Nureyev, he needs somewhere safe to go. Luckily he is not completely bereft of personal relations across the galaxy.

Summary
“You’ll tell me if it gets bad again, though, right? Like you did before. You can always come to me," Juno says.
“Of course,” Nureyev replies. “I promise I will.”
The mood is, of course, thoroughly killed. They both clean themselves up and change into pajamas, and Nureyev excuses himself to his own room. Juno kisses him goodnight before he goes and gives him that look, the infuriatingly kind one that says, You’ve got me.
That says, I love you.
That says, No matter how late it is or how bad you’re feeling, I’ll always be there to take the knife from you if you need me to.
They’d had a very intense conversation back when they’d reunited for the second time, and Nureyev had reassured Juno that there would be no more broken promises. No more lies.
But lying is all Nureyev has ever known how to do.
