The deliberate clink of books and pens echoes in the stillness, a subtle reminder of the distance he’s putting between them. His gaze flickers toward Satoru. "And get off my desk."
Satoru’s lips curl into a smug smile as he rolls his tongue over the lollipop hanging lazily from his mouth. Unbothered, his eyes sparkle with mischief. "Or what, Professor?"
OR
Gojo Satoru knew nothing about love when he started playing his game. He knew nothing of its gifts and its sorrows and its consequences. There were only two things that he was sure about: for one, he was obsessed with space, and for another, he wanted Geto Suguru to notice him.

Suguru scoffed in disbelief, “Waiting for you, silly.”
“In the rain?”
“Mhm.”
Satoru arched an eyebrow, “Because?”
“I know how much you hate it,” Suguru replied, pulling him under the safety of the umbrella; and the calmness of the answer knocked Satoru off-kilter for a moment; utterly frozen in the look of sincerity that made him feel nervous, “Let me make your rainy days a little better, Satoru.”
Suguru explores the lengths that he will go to just to keep Satoru free of any burdens.

Satoru could not quite believe he fucking said that. He winced with bitterness filling his mouth. Despite that, he pondered it. What would even happen if he did? Yuta and Rika were lucky to have become who they did, strong and powerful, hope rooting their spirits. But the world is not so generous to everybody. Besides, he could not bring himself to it. That'd be cruel to the both of them, immensely so. As much as the desire to stay was big, so was his exhaustion.
"You know I can't do that," he settled on with a smile, facing the pain to his right.
However, as much as he knew that was the correct thing, he could not shake off his unease.or
