Summary
Dean’s one-night stand, who happened to be a witch, became pregnant from their encounter. She didn’t want to be burdened by the pregnancy or be stuck raising a child, so her coven casts a spell that makes the baby be carried by the father. The witch cast the spell as Dean was waiting for Sam to get back from the Halloween party in the pilot. Sam and Jess come across Dean writhing in pain near their apartment, and their adventure unfolds.

Summary
While Dean was in Hell, he was tortured by becoming a bitch to a pack of Hellhounds. He became mated to a Hellhound, and he ‘broke' by accepting his lot in Hell. When he was rescued from Hell by an angel, he thought that would be the end of his mating bond, that he was once again alone in the cruel world. He didn't read the fine print saying that the mating bond was forever. The hellhound tracks him down and proves their bond is still intact.

Summary

Summary
Dean didn't think anything could surprise him anymore. Not after the life he lived, at least. And that was probably the biggest surprise. The fact that he survived as long as he did. But that's not even what had him surprised. First of all, an incident recently gave him powers. Second, the only man he ever romantically felt something for was in a "civil war" with the people he had publically called family. Now he has to make his way to New York, a place he vowed to stay out of for fear of running into a certain billionaire, to see said billionaire. Hopefully Tony "Freaking" Stark still remembered him.
Or the one where Dean becomes inhuman after eating something. And he happened to have a little fling with Tony Stark, the first and last with a man, when he was younger, and now he needs his help. Maybe Tony needs him more.
Also the title comes from the song, Come With Me Now - Kongos
