A small smile adorns his lips and he looks so transfixed and so free, it’s enough to bring out a sincere smile from the demon too.

The touch made Ciel's body shiver and he pulled away slightly, giving a quiet laugh. “In a flower field? Really?”
He felt the man’s hot breath against his neck as Sebastian let out his own laugh. He placed one more tender kiss on his neck before pulling himself back up, giving a teasing look.
“I never insinuated I was going to do anything further than this. My, what a dirty mind you have!” He smiled brightly at his jest, and how Ciel's eyes widened. The blush on his face came right back and dusted his cheeks beautifully.
OR; Sebastian does in fact do more than kiss Ciel's neck (and he likes it)
