"Oh, so it was a real bet now. Jason considered it. “What’s yours?” He decided to ask first.
Dick shrugged in thought. “Mmmm….I’ll clean your motorcycle for the rest of the year. And I’ll never ask you to have a snowball fight again. But you better offer something good too.”
Jason thought for a moment. A little over a month of free motorcycle cleaning, and Dick wouldn’t be on his ass about snowball fights all the time? That was a good deal, but he knew Dick would revoke it if he didn’t offer something equally enticing. His eyes wandered to that putrid sweater. “I’ll wear an ugly sweater every day for the rest of the year?”
His older brother chuckled quietly. “Deal."Jason is a sucker for a bet. However, when he bites off more than he can chew, he finds himself having to wear ugly sweaters for the rest of the year. The only problem being that he doesn't actually own any ugly sweaters. What happens when he meets a certain redheaded cashier that turns him on his head, and forces Jason to face the ghosts of his Christmas past?

Summary
The WC team is tipped off that Bruce Wayne is lying about the origin of the artwork he has. Not one member of the team could possibly care less what a billionaire does, but they aren't allowed to ignore things like this, so off they go to investigate.
Neal Caffrey--that is, Jason Todd--has to go with them and try to keep a straight face while they accuse Bruce of having stolen artwork, or something.
They just so happen to interrupt a meeting between Bruce and Oliver Queen, who brought along his son and his son's girlfriend.
Keeping a straight face will be harder than Jason first thought.
