Summary
The apocalypse is getting more and more dangerous to live through. The homeowner is used to visits from the Pale Visitor by now, and he finds great pleasure in telling the creature to fuck off, but what happens when the thing goes off-script and starts offering protection instead?
A reward style system is set up in which the homeowner, Aleksandr, compensates the visitor with companionship for his efforts to protect the house, but it starts to get out of hand, and Aleksandr is suddenly enjoying the rewards just as much as the visitor does.

Summary
Even though the cataclysm has come to an end, Mikhail is still taking care of the minor tenants - Runaway Teenager and Neighbour's Daughter.
However, while trying to accustom to his caretaker role, the Pale Man appears once again. His body famished and boney, yet still capable to do unimaginable harm, at least in Mikhail's eyes. Even though Mikhail bears deep hatred towards the man, he agrees for him to take a shelter under his tool shed's roof.
The question is why? Perhaps, there is an unaware sympathy sprouting inside of Mikhail's mind? A muted, perhaps some denied affection? Or maybe just a pure desperation for intimacy?The Mikhail's wounded psyche is however constantly tormented by various, vague in interpretation nightmares - his greatest enemy, yet in such intimate scenarios. The worst part is, he might actually enjoy it.
Gradually, Mikhail overcomes his fears, and develops a close, romantic relationship with the Pale Man while taking care of adopted kids together. Perhaps there is still a hint of humanity in his heart? Can you even call him a monster then? Maybe he's more human, than a bitter Mikhail's soul ever was?
Oh and they are gonna make out later and kiss and be gay.
