Omega Build Dottore barges into Pantalone's office one day and Pantalone is not having it, but instead of unceremoniously sending him out, Pantalone decides to play a little joke on Omega and tells him he's excited for their date tomorrow.
There is no date, but Omega doesn't know that, so Omega goes to crash out at the other Segments.

Pregnancy is proving to be a bit more of a struggle than Pantalone had anticipated. He's cranky and tense and everything is so goddamn sore. Fortunately, his borderline neglectful husband is finally here to save the day with a gift to help ease Pantalone's woes!

“No, I do not,” Dottore says, but his voice is faint as if filtered from beyond a thin wall. His eyes remain squarely on Pantalone’s cunt, still twitching from the slightest bit of stimulation.
“Now, do you want to eat me?”
