Summary
After a prophetic dream where Sam sees himself in a white suit killing an older Dean, he wakes up in 2014 where the Dean he sees, the Dean who stops Sam from taking drastic measures, is exactly like the one in his dream. Sam is confused about why he's here, but Dean adjusts more quickly to the idea of having his little brother back. It's been a long time since the two of them indulged in each other and Sam can't suppress his urges now that Dean is so much older and rougher.

Harry threw his head back over his shoulder, looking the man up and down once more. He seemed innocent enough. It was just his name, after all. They were neighbors. No harm in it.
“It’s Harry,” he said finally. “Harry Potter.”

Neglect can be one of the most painful forms of abuse, being ignored by your guardians when all you want is love hurts. No one seems to care if Harry lives or dies so he spends a lot of time wandering around Little Whinging on his own. His friendly neighbor seems to think that this is dangerous. 1.
In a parallel reality, Sirius Black never chases after Peter Pettigrew the night the Potters are killed, but instead stays to take care of Harry. He ends up adopting him and raising him together with his partner Remus Lupin. A small change that has a ripple effect on Harry's personality and life.
