Willas Tyrell is, by all available evidence, unremarkable.
He is quiet. He is polite to everyone, including Ramsay Bolton, which his colleagues regard as either saintly or deeply suspicious. He has a cane, a doctorate, a lab in the basement of Christie’s, and a boss who keeps him around like a particularly useful houseplant. He goes home to his siblings every evening. He visits his grandmother every Friday. He does not, generally speaking, cause problems.
What Willas Tyrell is not, by all available evidence, is the person who has been systematically robbing Christie’s for eighteen months to keep his family’s centuries-old dukedom from quietly collapsing under the weight of its own maintenance costs, Olenna’s bad investments, and the specific financial horror of being asset-rich and catastrophically cash-poor.
Throw in a meddling (ravishing) Dornishman who won't stop bothering (seducing) him, Willas is fine. He is getting quite good at not thinking about things.
