Summary
“Suguru.” Satoru breathed out, eyes falling on the exhausted omega.
The long haired omega was slumped against one of the many walls of the small room, his black hair, usually sleek and heavily cared for, hung in damp, tangled strands around his face and shoulders, sticking to his damp skin.
Suguru’s arms cradled a tiny bundle against his chest, wrapped in what seemed like a blood stained pink yet fluffy towel. The omega was cradling it close, almost protectively as he rubbed his face against it with loud, unaware purrs.
Then Satoru heard a coo but not from Suguru.
And just as his eyes trailed lower— they fell on the small baby snuggled right below Suguru's swollen tit.
Or where,
when the burden of their relationship and war forces satoru to call off the the little affair between him and suguru after years of secretly meeting up— he finds himself abandoning the omega in one way or another to feel like he wasn't betraying his own morals and distances himself from him with the promise of never seeing him again.

He'd like to think that Satoru makes him feel safe. And he does. But that security tends to be superseded by the fear that one day Satoru will stop being okay with all of Suguru. That he’ll decide Suguru’s too much to handle, too much trouble.
That’s why he won’t let Satoru bite him. Because if Satoru bites him, then he won’t have an out when he inevitably decides—or realizes—that Suguru’s too much.

"Fuck" Suguru cried into the pillows while his head was buried into them, hips grinding against nothing but his own pillows and fingers, slick pooling in obscene amounts as his belly weighed him down to even move properly.
His body felt depraved, needy— all in need for one man.
“Satoru.” He mumbled under his breath, feet rubbing against the sheets as he breathed harshly, panting, whining the alpha's name as his eyes fluttered shut and he placed a hand on his swollen belly, teary eyed.
His pups, his precious pups were vulnerable, exposed to everything around him.
The world outside was a threat to him— the people he once deemed as friends, even some people in his own cult if they saw him like this, broken and needy because no one resisted their urges when it came an omega being vulnerable and exposed.
And Satoru— what would he do after finding out?
Or where,
Suguru thinks he may have made many mistakes throughout his life but maybe one of the worst ones was being in a love affair with the strongest sorcerer even after their angsty break-up.
and well— maybe also getting knocked up by him and not telling him.
