Summary
It's not the same as before.
He can sort of remember it now, a childish fantasy borne of a broken home and a desperate loneliness, but there's no emotion attached to it beyond a vague sort of pity.
It's a bit like reading a report:
Peeta Mellark, 74th Victor of The Hunger Games, in love with Katniss Everdeen since he was five. Unrequited.

Summary
There was silence. The true silence of a quietened mind, not the oppressive silence of the empty house around her or her crushed soul within her. The silence that in its vastness echoed and amplified the tiny breath that caught in her throat, the first sound she seemed to have made in weeks, the first breath she seemed to have taken in months.

Summary
The realisation that Rue’s body must still be warm under Katniss’s touch makes Johanna vomit there and then.
Except she hasn’t eaten anything sufficient for days so all that comes up is bile as she retches and tears stream down her face.
If Finnick saw her like this, she thinks, he would unplug her television and make her sit outside in the cold. Pull her against him and rub at the gooseflesh on her arms like a brother would his younger sister. He’d ruffle her hair maybe, squeeze her shoulder comfortingly. Tell her that it’s going to be okay.
But Finnick isn’t here. No one is.
And so, without anyone to stop her from doing so, Johanna continues watching the Games.
or
Johanna Mason and Finnick Odair watch the 74th Hunger Games.

Summary
Peeta is full aware that he sounds like something terrified. Something deranged, but Katniss nods firmly.
“I believe you," She whispers. "I believe you. But it's all stopped. We're safe, sweetheart, I promise.”
His voice cracks when he next speaks.
“I can't go back to them again.”
Katniss brings her head forward so her forehead rests against his, and all Peeta can think is that she can’t possibly be comfortable in that position; leaning up into his shaking frame with her hands still warm and steady against his jaw.
“I will never let that happen.”
Alternatively:
In which Peeta Mellark doesn't want Katniss to see just how badly he's holding up until everything eventually comes crashing down on him. A sequel to "all the version of me dead (and buried in the yard outside)"

Summary
“I’m here,” Peeta murmurs. “Brought you something to eat.”
Katniss wants to reply. Would like to thank him for everything he’s doing.
I missed you. She wants to yell it from the rooftops. Scream herself hoarse with it, but she doesn’t. Because her throat is rusted after weeks of barely using it, so all she says is;
“Please don’t touch me.”
Alternatively:
After the events of Mockingjay, Katniss Everdeen struggles to come to terms with everything she has lost. Peeta is there to help her through it.
