Summary
Albedo, the sole and prodigal apprentice of the renowned tattoo artist Rhinedottir, runs a tattoo parlor alone in the wake of his master’s death. Despite its exponential growth in popularity, Albedo is determined to keep particular traditions of the parlor alive—specifically, it’s history of near-total secrecy, which takes painstaking efforts to maintain.
The first relationships of his adulthood are beginning to take root, too; these are connections he wants to keep. The side of his life he strives to keep a secret holds him back, though.
Something has to give way, but neither the demands of his job nor the demands of those he holds dear seem to budge.
