There is one person in the world who Shanks would do anything for. It wasn’t his long dead captain, or his crew, or even the kid he had claimed as his own. It was a boy he used to share a cabin with on the Pirate King’s ship, the one he hadn’t seen in over two decades. Shanks would do anything for Buggy. Even if that meant going against the other’s wishes, he would do anything for Buggy to be his.

Then Shanks finds him, and for the first time in 20 years get's a good nights rest. He can't understand why Buggy's in the situation he's in, or how he's managed to piss so many people off. He just hopes his crew on the Red Force will eventually learn to love the feral little ex-convict.

Summary
There is a beat of silence before Buggy rises from his chair, almost making it topple. Instead, it scrapes the floor loudly, the screech making everyone pause in the room, save for Buggy who steps away from the table and heads outside without looking back.
Mihawk sets his fork down, reaching for his napkin. He wipes his mouth, and folds the tissue. His eyes meet Crocodile’s. 'You upset him,' he comments.
Crocodile huffs, 'He’ll get over it.'
Or, Crocodile gives Buggy a hard time, and it turns out to be Buggy’s last straw.

Summary
There is a hurried knock on his door followed by another yell from who can only be Mohji. “Captain Buggy!”
“I’m awake, give me a moment Mohji!” The knocking stops, and he can only assume the animal tamer had heard him. He runs a hand through his messed-up hair and scowls down at his own arousal. This was the third time this week he had a dream like that about the red-headed idiot. An embarrassed flush covers his cheeks.
Since he saw Shanks at Marineford he hasn’t been able to stop thinking about the other man. Like some bad joke, those thoughts kept escalating until they became what they are now, one dirty dream after the other. He thought he had left those feelings behind when Shanks left him to chase glory and Rogers Ghost, he thought he had gotten over that stupid boy crush he had harbored for his fellow cabin boy. Though if he were honest with himself those feelings never went away. Instead of accepting them, he turned them into hate, rage, and to jealousy. Every time Shanks’ face would come up in the newspaper he would crumble it into a small ball with an angry scowl. Hating how his stomach would twist into knots and feel relieved to see the other man alive and well.
