Summary
Alastor is the head chef of "The Bayou," a Michelin Star New Orleans restaurant in Manhattan. He runs his kitchen with an iron fist, a sharp smile, and a no-bullshit attitude that tolerates nothing less than perfection. He is a textbook cynic, sarcastic, and deeply uninterested in other people.
Until a yellow food truck covered in cartoon ducks called "Quackmire" parks across the street.
What starts as reluctant research becomes an unwilling obsession. Late-night conversations on the curb. Boxed pasta for midnight dinners. Husk as a reluctant messenger boy. And Lucifer—patient, persistent, impossible—who looks at Alastor like he is worth looking at.
For the first time in years, Alastor feels something he cannot name. How the fuck does he keep having indigestion every time Lucifer so much as smiles at him?

Summary
The Doctor tried his best not to look at the Time Lord on his right.
“What do you think, Master?”
Okay, he was absolutely going to look at the Time Lord to his right.
With a sharp jolt, the Doctor’s head twisted around to face the man Rassilon had turned to, his eyes torn wide open.
The Master.
The Master is long dead, the Time War long lover, and the Doctor and Rose get dragged into a parallel universe where it's all catching up to him again. A parallel version of the Time War, of the Master, of Rassilon, is terrorizing the universe and the Doctor has no allies. Or mabye one ally. A pretty questionable and slightly murderous one.

“I should’ve come over sooner. Maybe I would’ve changed my mind knowing my dad has been a homophobic asshole since, what? How long have you been together, the ’90s?”
The room froze. Forks stilled. Wilson went pale, panic flickering across his face. House, by contrast, leaned back in his chair with an amused smirk, clearly entertained by the assumption.or, when Wilson’s niece comes out, his defense spirals into pretending he’s in a relationship with House, complicating the family dynamics before his nephew’s wedding.

Summary
“I wish you had gone to juvie.”
There was one of those automated clap-tracks on the television as another contestant got the question correct. Gallagher’s eyes were dark as the blue lights of the television screen threw weird shadows onto his face. Mickey wished, almost idly, that there was more lighting in the Milkovich household, if just so that Gallagher didn’t look so ominous. He picked up the remote and muted the TV.
A canon-divergent story from 1x09, in which Tony Markovich suspected foul play and coerced an unwilling Mickey Milkovich into revealing the truth about Kash Karib.
