God daemon aus always fuck me up. Its just so personal? Like. The physical manifestation of your *soul* is out in the open, vulnerable to attack and to be *seen*
Anyway. Peter's daemon hasn't settled, and he worries throughout rhe fic that when she does, he won't be able to keep being spiderman / keep his secret identity.
He worries a LOT to MJ, ned, Johnny, may. The list goes on. But they all have interest insights, even Flash does!
Eventually, peter realises that being Peter parker is more of a cage than a freedom, bc he cant swing around whenever he likes. So he tells the world that he's spiderman.
Eventually, not instantly, his daemon settles to be a smirk like may's. Very cute
