She held her head up high as she was led out of the courthouse, her hands still cuffed. She was still pissed that Chastity had pinned the whole thing on her. It wasn't like it was hard though…
Her begging him not to ask her to do it.
His sad smile as he closed her fingers around the gun.
She had pulled the trigger. Now there was angry shouting from a man she had learned was Pete's brother, a whole potential mob trying to crowd in as she was led into the van. She just wanted to see Pete again.
