Summary
Jason Todd was both Alive and dead, the queen of the realms and husband of King Phantom, he would do anything for him.
So, when Danny had asked him to return to the mortal plane to continue living to take care of his subjects on the plane in his stead, Danny could keep working as the King within the zone. He'd agreed without hesitation.
He'd climbed through the veil with his bare hands and had reformed his body, built from ectoplasm, blood, tears, and determination.
Gasping in oxygen, something he didn't need anymore, but instinctively searched for, he'd gone stumbling through onto the earth.
He'd been angry, hateful, angry with Bruce, Angry at the Joker, Angry at the world, but with his resurrection from the pits, he had an aura, a Connection to death, it was likely why he was revived in the first place. Why his body had been dropped into the depths and torn apart by ectoplasm, only to be rebuilt upon the very same skeleton.
He'd been revived by the League of Assassins within their pits of corrupted Ectoplasm, and Ras had asked if he'd remembered his last waking moments.
