Summary

At twenty, Jason became Red Hood; now, at twenty-two, he still is. He no longer gets along badly with his stupid vigilante family, but he's not comfortable neither. Maybe because that feeling of loneliness, of isolation, is always there, with the rage. He's stressed out with a difficult case when he meets Peter, whom, for some reason, Jason can't stop staring at.
And then there was that idiot Spider-Man who was hanging around in his neighborhood.

99 versions of Peter Parker had gone through hell multiple times physically, mentally, and emotionally, and the 100th version of Peter Parker remembered them all.
And he was beyond tired.
So in this 100th life, for once, Peter Parker would not be an afterthought of Spider-Man.
No mask, no suit, no secret identity.
This time, Peter would live his life as a civilian, not a hero.Now if he could only get this dark and gloomy city he got dimensionally dumped in, and its many vigilantes, to understand that.

What started as spite becomes something else entirely when Izuku doesn't just survive UA's hero course—he thrives.
Izuku isn't disruptive because he's quirkless. He's disruptive because he invalidates excuses. He demonstrates that heroism is about the work you do and the people beside you. Not the quirk you were born with.
He becomes an unwilling symbol, and the world fights over what he represents. Inspiration. Threat. Evidence that the system works, or proof it's broken.
And a system built on power cannot tolerate proof that it isn't necessary.
Izuku just wants to help his friends become the best heroes they can be.
It's very frustrating that the world keeps making it so difficult.
Means he'll just have to work harder.
