Summary
Tempest Jones was stuck in the station, sitting through interrogations or being in a crowded holding cell. It smelled like weed. They could've escaped by now. Being part ghost mean they could walk through walls, disappear and fly. They could even manipulate storms and electricity because of the type they were. On top of that they came from a long line of sorcerers and necromancers (well, adopted line, but their mom still taught them everything she knew).
Or Tempest Jones backstory. Mainly focusing on the DC side.
