Summary
The child was probably half of Techno’s own height and nowhere near his muscle mass. The boy was lanky, with skinny arms and knobby knees. His bright, blond (gold, his head whispered) hair just touched the nape of his neck, and curled in all sorts of different directions. His fingers fidget around the sticks of cedar that he had collected, nails short and palms unscarred. His eyes, piercing blue, stare into Techno’s own from beneath a pair of bushy blond eyebrows.
From hair, eye color, and stature, they look nothing alike.
Your hair used to be gold like his, the voices taunt. And your eyes the sapphire blue of the Overworld sky. Before you became ours.
Just like you, words written in black ink stain yellow parchment. The letter sits heavy in his pocket. The boy in front of him stares.

Technoblade had never wanted a child, especially after all he had done. But when the woman he had entrusted his child to becomes sick and dies, he has no choice but to journey with the boy to the highest mountain in all the Dimensions in order to fill the dying wish of Theseus' now dead mother.

Summary
The Hero Public Safety Commission implements a new publicity stunt meant to drum up some good PR. Heroes and civilians will get anonymously paired up as pen pals for a few months. Fans get to talk to heroes, and the HPSC gets to say their heroes are down-to-earth and involved with the people. It’s a win-win. All Might doesn’t need the publicity, but he feels like it’s a good opportunity nonetheless, so he enrolls in the event.
Problem is, All Might’s pen pal writes some pretty concerning stuff. He’s sure the kid is being bullied. And even worse… the ‘anonymous’ person on the other side begins to sound a lot like a certain successor of his. He’s going to get to the bottom of this. And if he finds out somebody’s hurt a single hair on his student’s head? Well… he’s the number one hero for a reason.
(AKA: the dadmight-centric Aldera Faces Consequences fic I’ve always wanted to write.)

Izuku's mouth goes dry. he feels like a wave has just washed over him. His ears feel muffled, his skin clammy.

Izuku’s hand clutches the door knob at his back and twists- pulling the door open just as the slime reaches him and stepping to the side. The slime goes sailing past and into the vast hallway beyond.
Izuku closes the door.
