Frank isn't in the Entity's best favour currently. Sure, he may have been doing a good job in the past, but he's been slipping recently. There's only one fix:
A bit of old-fashioned humiliation.
To keep him in check - Frank won't be freed until the 48 hour mark has passed. Only problem? It's right in the middle of a map, and he's strung too high up to wiggle out comfortably. With no grip on anything other than the rope tied around his wrist and the razor-sharp hook his leg's slung across, he'll just have to grin and bear it. -

The hilarity of the scene before you almost causes your heat to leave your system from your bubbling laughter. It constricts in your chest for fear of punishment, but your body wracks in unheard hysterics as you look on in amazement.
“Kaemon? Gods not you too!”
Haarlep grunts, leaning away from the magnificent pole of the large bed, getting out of reach of a swiping hand. Raphael’s sweating form melts into the bed. His reddened skin is dark with arousal, something you’ve rarely seen so thoroughly blushed upon him. His clawed hand had been scraping across Haarlep’s stomach while he was being tied, like a little treat, against the bed.

“Darling—” Astarion begins, just as Karlach says:
“What the fuck—”
But they’re drowned out by Raphael’s laugh, cold and mocking, and his eyes are only for you. His gaze seems to pin you in place.
“Your bravado is almost admirable,” he says. “I will enjoy breaking you from it.”
“Well, I think I can spare you five minutes or so,” you shrug. “If that’s really how you want to do this. Or am I overestimating him, Haarlep?”
That earns you a laugh from the incubus — your laugh — and another flash of fury in Raphael’s eyes.
This is not wise. You know it isn’t. You should stop provoking him.
You won’t, though.
