“I-I mean I’ll return the favor of course! Whenever you’re in a rut I can help you out. You know like-you scratch my back and I’ll scratch yours?” It takes another few seconds for Zenitsu’s words to register, and by then the omega was muttering something suspiciously that sounded like, “maybe I should of tried with Genya instead,” which only propelled Tanjiro to shout a loud, “YES! I WOULD LIKE TO BE YOUR HEAT PARTNER!!”

“Zenitsu, I’ve loved you the moment I saw you.” The blond snorts, eyes watering a bit at the confession.
“You were like four you dork.”
“I know, and I’ve been in love with you ever since.” Zenitsu stills, and his face falls.
“I-I’m sorry. I didn’t know. I mean you’re seven years younger than me so I never…not until-,” Tanjiro shakes his head and gives his knuckles another kiss.
“It’s alright Zenitsu, I’m not holding it against you. I wanted to tell you because-well because I don’t want to wait any longer. It’s been twenty-two years and I’m tired of waiting.” Zenitsu tilts his head in confusion.
“Waiting for what?” Tanjiro exhales a shaky breath that he didn’t know he was holding and reaches for the box. Honey colored eyes balloon when he catches sight of the object.
“To make you my husband.”

When Zoro gets captured by Germa, he's sent to the Grand Coliseum, forced to fight for his freedom. Sanji, the Emperor's least favorite son, approaches him with a deal: Sanji will give Zoro all the help he needs to conquer the Coliseum, if in exchange Zoro claims the prince as his prize at the end. Will the two make it out of Germa unscathed? Or will their lives - and their deaths - belong to the Emperor?
