What Wednesday didn’t know was that Enid didn’t just perfectly memorize the dark color of her eyes, or the full pink lips she loved to kiss so much, or the dimples that appeared on her face as soon as she sketched a small smile.
But every night she counted her freckles.
Wednesday’s freckles were a bit of her weak point. They contoured the part under her eyes completely filling her cheekbones, some on her nose and others were scattered on her cheeks. Few, but they were present.
